Highly versatile and easy to use, the 1,500-watt DeLonghi digital convection oven with rotisserie more than earns the space it takes up on your countertop. Besides baking, broiling, roasting, convection baking, warming, dehydrating, and defrosting, the oven features a user-friendly control panel with an intuitive layout, clear lights, and a readable display. Its upper heating element drops down for better heat distribution, while reflectors on the crumb tray send heat back up from the bottom. On the convection setting, the HeatCirc channeling feature creates a uniform flow of hot air so foods cook faster without drying out. The oven also includes a special pizza function that cooks two pizzas at once and a 12-1/2-inch detachable rotisserie for roasts. Other handy controls include a two-hour timer, eight distinct cooking functions, and a temperature range from 250 to 475 degrees F. The slide-out crumb tray and DuraStone enamel interior make it easy to keep the oven clean.
